What data does Midsummer hold, and what can you ask for? Midsummer reads the CRM and inbox access granted at onboarding, scoped in writing. You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time by writing to hello@midsummerhq.com. Customer data is kept for the duration of the engagement and deleted on request.
What Midsummer reads
The CRM and inbox access granted at onboarding, scoped in writing and read by default. Anything beyond read is named explicitly before it is granted. Revoke access and the work stops.
What you can ask for
A copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Write to hello@midsummerhq.com and a person handles it. Customer data is kept for the duration of the engagement and deleted on request.
What Midsummer never does
Midsummer never sells data and never shares it for advertising. Reading and drafting are done by foundation models over API; the current subprocessor list is on the security page.
Common questions
How do I request deletion?
Write to hello@midsummerhq.com from the address in question and say what you want deleted. A person confirms when it is done.
What happens when we revoke access?
The work stops immediately. Data already held is kept for the remainder of the engagement and deleted on request.
Is any of it used for advertising?
No. Data is never sold and never shared for advertising.
