Which roles does Midsummer serve? SDRs, account executives, account managers, and revenue leaders. For each seat the department does the same job in a different shape: it reads every account, decides the next move with the reason attached, and prepares the work overnight. A person approves anything that leaves.
One department, four seats
The SDR gets worked target lists with the first touch drafted. The AE gets meeting briefs and follow-ups that go out while the room is still warm. The AM gets early warning when an account goes quiet, with the save play prepared. The leader gets a team whose accounts are all worked, and a log that shows it.
The same law every seat
Whatever the seat, the working law does not change: every external message waits as a draft until a person approves it, and every action is logged with its source so you can open it and check.
Common questions
Does it replace anyone on the team?
No. The judgment stays with your people; the reading, the drafting, and the follow-through move to the department. Each seat spends its hours on conversations and decisions instead of preparation.
What does it need to start?
Read access to your CRM and inbox, scoped in writing at onboarding. Revoke it and the work stops. There is nothing to migrate and nothing new to learn.
